At Vesuvio Estates, processing, storage and bottling processes are HACCP controlled ensuring that the best possible hygiene and traceability practices are followed.
We participate in ongoing HACCP, food handling hygiene and management training to ensure that our products are never jeopardised in any way.
Vesuvio Estates is also active in mentorship programmes that help to develop our staff in accordance with their aspirations.
